Conference Registration

Registration for the i-Transport Conference and Exhibition is open.

Please note that sponsors, exhibitors and speakers will receive promo codes via an e-mail from the organisers which should be used when registering. This will prevent that undue or incorrect invoices are generated. Sponsors, exhibitors and speakers are requested to register when you receive your promo codes.

Conference Fees include conference attendance, conference proceedings, tea and lunch during conference days for delegates as well as the welcome function and conference dinner.

It excludes accommodation, shuttle services, breakfasts, some drinks, personal expenses.

• ITS SA Member: R1950.00 per day
• Non-Member: R2600.00 per day

Additional tickets for the conference dinner for spouses or guests can be obtained at R450.00 per person.
